If you have a physical store or warehouse, you can add it as vendor in QuickSales to update stock by creating POs going to warehouse or use warehouse as vendor to fulfill sales orders.
- Navigate to Centers / Vendors and hit Add.
- Select vendor type "Warehouse" and populate rest of the fields. Hit Save.
- Now you can create a PO for your vendor that will go to your warehouse and will replenish stock. Navigate to Purchase Orders page and hid Add.
- Select your vendor. Note that system will show you your warehouse address onscreen. Save PO to update stock.
- Now if you receive a Sales Order for this item, system will show warehouse stock available.
- You can create PO and select your warehouse as vendor for fulfillment.
- Save PO and it will update warehouse stock automatically.
